Hello my name is Jenny, My Husband Lance has 2 daughters 16 and 15. They have
been living with their mother all their life. She basically took them away from him and barely lets him see them. He has paid
child support for them. The girls have become award to the state because, of choices their mother has made. Lance has been
made out to be a bad guy because he didn't know there was court going on and he didn't get to the hearings which is 11 hours
away from us. Now the child protection worker has made it sound like if we don't get an attorney the girls will go to foster
care because their mother is not co-operating with them. We need to come up with a $500 retainer for the attorney the only
one that could take our case because the others in Indiana are too busy right now. We can't afford that and going to Indiana
to court and if we get the girls we do need to move to a bigger place. So this has been a big financial burden on us. We have
tried to take out a loan and that was no success. We really would love the chance to take care of those girls for the next
few years before they go their own ways. What I am asking for some good caring people out there to try to help out in any
way you can. My husband just got a really good job and in 3 months we should be caught up on our bills and no more financial
